“One year ago I joined Randi’s fitness class, very reluctantly as I was experiencing debilitating back and knee pain which had put me out of shape. After 3 months I was able to try Stand Up Paddle-boarding successfully! Within 6 months I was once again able to take the stairs at work and after a year I have little to no back or knee pain. I attribute it to the strength training of this class. Due to my prior back issues, Randi instructs me on safe workout posture and movement.
